Italy

The following images were taken in Rome, Florence and Venice. It proved to be an entertaining mini odyssey set against a background of rain, sun and a fiercely contested election. The only political demo I saw was a small group of Five Star Movement supporters unfurling their banners near the Spanish Steps in Rome. I also met nearly as many Americans as Italians and learned how to say buon giorno like a native.
